Default Crawl space dampness seal it completely with membrane ?
In looking for some feedback info info and web links to membane
systems ( products and sources ) to seal crawlspaces -sealing he soil
all the way up floor up foundation walls to the floor framing .

Huh? Not sure what you are asking. Commonly, 4-7 mil sheet plastic
is laid on the dirt. It depends somwhat on the construction and time
of placement. In new construction any concrete piers are covered with
the plastic and then the wood floor supports are place atop the
plastic sheating. If the space is wider than the sheets then the
sheets are overlaped 18 inches to 2 feet and the plastic is run up the
wall about a foot. The sheets must not be sealed together as the
purpose is to stop the rise of soil moisture, but there must be
opening (between the overlaps) to allow any liguid water to escape
into the soil. In old construction, the plastic needs to be cut so
that is goes up around any center piers and then a sheet is laid atop
the seams to cover that area; i.e., there must be no ground showing
and all seams must be overlaped 18 inches. You could run the plastic
up the walls to near the joists or beams but there isn't any need to
go up the foundation walls and piers more than a foot. Don't cover
over any wood supports. And be sure there are vents for good air flow
in the crawl space. Good luck.
