You try Google, smartass! What exactly do you think I was referring too?
MSN? That was exactly my point. He was stating "that the iDrive has seen
some problems. There have also been several posts on here about problems."
That's why questioned where exactly, because Google and several other search
engines turned up nothing.
Somebody else posting crap just to post, with nothing of value to add to the
conversation.
I was refuting his claim. It appears to me he was confusing DoorMaster
opener problems, also made by Wayne-Dalton, with the new iDrive, because I
was told by a Wayne-Dalton employee, and also found information on the
internet, suggesting this. So, Sligo, unless someone can find information to
the contrary, my research of Google groups, and prior queries of several
different search engines, suggests that iDrive openers are an effective,
quality device, and reasonably priced, too, when compared to chain and screw
drive openers of the same capacity.
