Have you found a proper accommodation in Beijing, China during Olympic Games?
Have you found an accommodation in Beijing during Olympics? Star hotels are extremlly expensive by then. 4 star hotel, 500 euro/night for a standard room. Unacceptable, eh?
So find a proper apartment around that area sounds like a good idea. They are safe in a 24 hour guarded compound, within a convenient distance from the Venues, fully equipped, and of cause, CHEAPER than the hotel room. If you will go to Beijing for the Games with your friends, you can rent a multi-bedroom apartment for you all. You can even have a party after a daytime shouting at the apartment, to celebrate the victor of your team.
