πŸ‡»πŸ‡³ Vietnam, HCMC (High $$$$) Pizza Hut

To note: The currency used in Vietnam: Vietnamese Dong. At the time of this blog post $1 USD = 24,270 dong

This blog post is part of a series to share the cost of eating out and ordering food inΒ πŸ‡»πŸ‡³Β Vietnam, so that you can see how far your money can go here. Vietnam currently offers exceptional value for money both for budget travelling and living as well as discounted high end dining (compared to the same level of quality of restaurants in the west)

This blog series will feature a variety of places for dinning out and ordering, and at different price point levels. The title of each blog post will let you know if the cost is low, medium, or high.

on the very pricey side is Pizza Hut. You are looking at pretty much the same price level as in London, UK (though ever so slightly cheaper)

This was their special pizza featuring a special stuffed crust, so it is their very premium offering also. You can select each half, the one above is half 'seafood wirlwind' and the other half 'meat and sausage'

This pizza can easily feed 2 people, or possibly 3 with smaller appetites.Β

The base price before delivery is 379k dong

Managed to use 3 separate grab offers on this one, as well as the 15k grab unlimited subscription on top of that. So the total including all fees worked out to be 344,050 Vietnamese dong.

The price after these discounts is not actually that bad if sharing it with 2 or 3 people. Though it is still on the high end for Vietnam.
